It was an honor to speak on Board Governance for the Tidewater Coalition For The People. My experience serving on several Board of directors with the ULHR YP, The Edward Myles Foundation, Sickle Cell Association, and currently the Reech Foundation has provided invaluable insight on how boards operate. As a United Way Project Inclusion Alumni, I am a subject matter expert on Board Governance. Teaching the importance of appointing the proper candidates sets organizations up for success and serves as a valauble asset to the organization.
